a floor plan corresponds to one floor / floor level per house

orders will be fulfilled generally in 24h, but not more than 48 hours

we try to provide best service, by not refusing any work, but we still reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons

subsequent changes to the layout are not possible, in which case a new floor plan will be charged
