It works so easy:

Prepare and send us your old plan as a photo, faxed or scanned image. Here you can also draw directly possibly changes by hand.

How to prepare your template so that we can process it the best:

• If you only have large original plans, you can also take a picture of them.

• Please note that you photograph exactly in the middle without a perspective.

• If only certain residential units are to be drawn, please delete what is NOT to be drawn.

• Subsequent correction of a wrongly drawn housing unit due to incorrect information can unfortunately not be edited as a free change, since the plan in this case must be redrawn.

• If you do not have a floor plan, you can also create a sketch and send it to us.

• Either you enter all measurements or draw the sketch already to scale without dimensions.

• We place all furniture in the rooms, except in the basement.

• You can already draw sanitary objects on the right position in the plan, otherwise we draw them to the position that seems logical to us.

Single payment bookings are also possible and quantity packages available:

• You will receive an invoice via email.

• If you already have a pre paid floor plan package purchased, the number of drawn floor plans will be deducted from your balance.

• We draw your floor plans immediately and do not wait for the payment.

• You pay conveniently after receipt of invoice with PayPal.com or bank transfer.

Drawing options and layout:

• Please give us the desired layout. A subsequent change of the layout is unfortunately not possible.

• When placing the order, please also indicate the desired drawing options:

• Furnishing, north arrow, room designations, m²-details, measurements, your logo, and special requests

• We can also deposit individual options. All future jobs will be drawn with these default drawing options. Please contact us in this case with your wishes or set these in your customer settings. All drawing options and special requests are included in the all-inclusive price for free.
