Terms of Service

The floor plans are not to scale, but optimized to a specific selectable file size, and therefore recommended for marketing purposes only.

The floor plans are proportional as much as possible.

A floor plan corresponds to one floor / floor per house.

All changes and redesigns of the floor plans are included.

Plansetter SRL assumes no liability for the finished floor plans.

The redrawn floor plans will be completed within 48 hours.

Plansetter SRL reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

Basically, everything delivered is also drawn and the rooms (except basement) are furnished.

Subsequent changes to the layout are not possible, in which case a new floor plan will be charged.

General to the contract

The law of country Romania applies.

The company Plansetter SRL, RO34947433, J12/2604/2015 is also referred to below as Plansetter or as a provider.

The contract comes off only by the order confirmation (order acceptance) by the company Plansetter.

Our reserves the right to refuse orders without giving any reason.

Your data will be stored and used exclusively for order processing.

If parts of the above or below provisions are ineffective, the parties will make an agreement as close as possible to the intended one and still permissible.

General information about scope of services, product creation and quality

The customer receives an independent right to use the delivered works for the purpose of advertising the underlying object / the property.

The redrawn floor plans are not to scale but optimized to a specific file size and therefore used exclusively for marketing purposes. The floor plans are proportional as much as possible.

Plansetter SRL accepts no liability for the finished files / floor plans.

In relation to the customer, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

The products will be made available for downloading in the customer log-in, at the same time information will be sent by e-mail. The provider has after 6 months the right to remove the data from the download area.

The customer is obligated to conscientiously check the delivered product before using the files, so that no misconceptions arise with third parties.

General information on pricing:

The price offers are valid for a residential or commercial unit on one floor and up to a maximum of 500 sqm for 2D drawings and 150 sqm for 3D floor plans.

If subsequent changes or conversions are desired, this will be invoiced.

Subsequent changes to the layout are not possible, in which case a new floor plan will be charged.

Invoices are due within 10 days for payment.
